The ground floor BioIncubator units are fully serviced, and are available on inclusive rental packages, with flexible and simplified agreements offering 'easy in, easy out' terms.

The Upper Floors

The 'shell and core' space is designed for more conventional leasing, based on longer term leases. Options are available for designing, procuring, and financing the required fit out.
