Parking Provision

Car parking will be available at an approximate ratio of one space per 470 sq ft. Occupiers taking less than 470 sq ft within the ground floor BioIncubator will be entitled to a single space. There will be 8 designated visitor spaces which are available on a booking basis through reception. There are 10 designated disabled car spaces immediately to the front of the main building entrance.
